My views on movie waiting for Godot Act-1

Hello everyone,

Here I sharing my views about the movie “ waiting for Godot” Act-1.

“In this movie waiting for Godot” the five characters are- Vladimir,Estragon, pozzo, lucky and messenger boy. Vladimir and Estragon are two main characters in this movie. Vladmir and Estragon who call each other Gogo and Didi. Both are tramps. Act-1 opens with  the camera closeup on boots. The scene is of a country road. The time is evening.Vladmir and Estragon are talking with each other on various topics and they discover that they are waiting there for a man named Godot. Both are discussing meaningless points with each other. Some meaningless dialogues create humour for each other.vladmir repeats this dialogue “Nothing to be done”. then after pozzo and lucky enter there.lucky Entertains them by dancing and thinking.pozzo give order to lucky do this or that and lucky do all the things and he is not speak one and then suddenly he speak and it's like unbearable.many things carry on this act some dialogues and many  other things. After pozzo and Lucky leave then messenger boy come and he says that he is messenger of Godot.he talk with Vladmir about Godot. The Boy informs Vladmir that Godot will not come this evening but he will come on following day. After boy leaves then Estragon says: “Well, shall we go?” Vladmir replies: “ yes, let’s go”. however they do not move as the curtain falls.

This movie “ waiting for Godot” is not a boring but meaningless talking are there. and some acts create laughter.so enjoyed a lot act 1 and so many things are there.

Poem: The Mystic Drum by Gabriel Okara

The Mystic Drum:                     The Mystic Drum is Okara’s love lyric. The Mystic Drum evinces a tripartite ritual pattern of imitation from innocence through intimacy to experience. By comparison to the way of zone as manifested in the experience of Zen master, Chin Yuan Wei-Asian this pattern resolves itself into an emotional and epistemic logical journey from conventional knowledge through more intimate knowledge to learn of experience empowers the lover to understand that beneath the surface attractiveness of what we know very well may lie an abyss of the unknown and unknowable belching darkness.                   But experience teaches us at this stage of substantial knowledge not to expose ourselves to the dangers of being beholden to this unknown and unknowable reality by keeping our passions under strict control...
