Here i'm sharing review of short stoty "The Thief" by Ruskin Bond

Introduction:

             Ruskin Bond Was born on may 15,1934 at kasauli in Himachal pradesh.He was a well-known writer of children's stories and poems.recipient of many literary awards,Ruskin Bond was honoured with padma shri at the 2004 Republic Day Awards.


His Works:

About the story: 

            The thief is about a young man of fifteen,who is a thief.The story brings out the conflict in the young man's life when he steals his master's money.His conscience pricks him for having betrayed the trust reposed in him by his master and he decides to return the money.He then prepares himself to live with his master,serve him and learn from him.
