A prominent feature of modernism is the phenomenon called Avant garde (A French military metaphor advance-guard). that is a small self-conscious group of artist and author who deliberately undertake in Ezra pounds phrase:" To make it new avant garde artist represents themselves as alienated from the established order against which they assert they own automatic ;a prominent aim is to shock the sensibilities of the conventional readers .
